Challenge 

SURA Asset Management’s challenge was to improve the quality of its software development projects, which involve multiple participants (internal IT teams, third-party teams) and processes.

Solution 

Pyxis provided consulting services regarding quality and testing, which involved the evaluation not only of the testing activities during development, but also encompassed an end-to-end quality view of the entire process.

We evaluated the work methodology, how requirements are specified, the team’s testing practices, how processes and projects are documented, as well as the communication within the team and the ceremonies that take place.

Currently, SURA has an external evaluation of the quality of its development processes, with a prioritization of opportunities for improvement adjusted to its reality and action plans to incorporate them.
